About the Role
A senior leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across Road Transport, Yard Management, Automotive Logistics, and Clearance & Delivery. The role ensures seamless execution of long‑term and short‑term operational strategies, supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities- Improve operational efficiency by measuring and enhancing internal and external processes.

- Lead end‑to‑end operations across transport, yard, and automotive logistics, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant execution.
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee operational controls, KPIs, reporting systems, and service-level performance.
- Manage full P&L accountability and support expansion of the global logistics network.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage operational budgets and monitor key metrics for performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure full adherence to QHSE standards and risk‑free daily operations.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, retain, and develop top operational talent.
- Present operational insights, new ideas, and cash‑flow strategies to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors for quotations, updates, and service delivery.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in freight & logistics operations, ideally within MEA.
- “10+ Years of relevant experience in a similar role… within a reputable freight & logistics organization.”
- Strong market knowledge in Frozen Food, Automotive Logistics, Contract Logistics, Yard Management, and Import/Export procedures.
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving operational growth.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Leadership and people management capabilities.
- Expertise in customer service, financial analysis, and logistics operations.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

- Internal: CEO, Freight Operations, Finance — for operational updates, initiatives, and invoicing coordination.
