. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of The View. The role ensures that all building systems and services operate efficiently, comply with health and safety standards, and deliver a high-quality experience for guests and tenants.
Key Accountabilities- Oversee all facility-related operations, including hard and soft services, maintenance, and cleaning.
- Manage service providers and ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and elevators.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Security, Operations, and Guest Services to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and present reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and service quality for management review.
- Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of facility services.
- Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives within The View.
- Respond to emergencies and handle escalations quickly to minimise operational disruptions.
- Extensive knowledge in CAFM implementation and utilisation
- Ability to manage different stakeholders, service providers, and customer requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience: 7+ years of experience in facility management or similar operational fields
Skills- Strong understanding of MEP, HVAC, BMS, and general building operations.
- Familiarity with facility management software and reporting tools. Knowledge of local safety codes and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
