Area Manager, Management Business Administration

Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE is offering an exciting role as an Area Manager in the Sales Department. You will manage and execute operational topics across assigned markets, consulting and supporting the Porsche dealer network within your region to boost market share. We seek a professional to represent the Porsche brand in all customer and prospect relations. The Area Sales Manager will drive wholesale, order intake, retail and Sales Revenue targets in assigned markets.

• Own day to day performance steering of assigned markets and ensure execution of strategies across all operational functions and fostering Business relationships.
• Drive achievement of Sales & Revenue targets and all supporting KPIs through structured meetings and corrective actions.
• Act as the operational interface between markets and PME departments, ensuring coordinated implementation of initiatives across Sales, Marketing, PR & Business Development.
• Support Head of Region in all strategic and planning topics related to their assigned markets.
• Maintain continuous oversight of market dynamics and proactively escalate risks, structural issues and opportunities. Represent their markets' interest within PME.
• Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Economics or other relevant field of Education.
• >5 years experience in relevant function within premium/Luxury automotive, in wholesale level or Retail organizations.
• International work experience required.
• Excellent understanding of automotive business KPI.
• Advanced in Microsoft office applications.
• High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic, French or German are an advantage.
• Cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal skills, ambitious, creative and self organized, persuasiveness (implementation of objectives).
• Self motivator and willingness of extensive travelling within their assigned Markets.
