Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will manage operational teams, improve processes, and support the organization in achieving its strategic goals.

• Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operational activities
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead and supervise department managers and operational staff
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and cost control
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

• Experience in the UAE business environment
• Knowledge of project management and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
