Location: UAE – Dubai / Khorfakkan / Kalba

We are looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches within a professional car care services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of all branches
  • Achieve monthly targets in sales and number of cars served
  • Improve conversion rates from the call center
  • Ensure service quality across PPF, polishing, tinting, and minor repairs
  • Lead supervisors and technical teams
  • Handle customer issues directly and professionally
  • Reduce waste and improve overall productivity
  • Implement and enhance operational systems and SOPs
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations or branch management
  • Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred
  • Ability to manage multi-national teams
  • Willingness to work in the field and move between branches
Important Notes
  • This is a field-based role that requires daily branch follow-up
  • Performance will be measured based on clear KPIs and results
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multi-branch operations
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of automotive services (PPF, detailing, tinting, minor repairs, etc.)
  • Strong focus on quality control and service standards
  • Ability to analyze operations and implement process improvements (SOPs, workflows)
  • Good understanding of productivity management and cost control
  • Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate multi-national teams
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and operational tools
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel between branches
  • Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset
