The ideal candidate will be a responsible and results-driven Bill Collector. As a key member of the organization, they will be responsible for managing the outstanding credit related matters as well as taking on new customers.
Responsibilities Payments & Credit Management- Payment follow-up for all the credit customers with concerned sales executives.
- Visiting Credit Customers with the sales executives for credit account reconciliation.
- Communicate with customer for cheque holds, cheque returns and LC.
- Communicate with all customers of a salesman if a sales person is unavailable
- Process credit applications including opening a new credit account, visiting customer and approval from management
- Coordination of legal matters with lawyer for cases
- Knowledge of credit processes is advantageous
- High school degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
