Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven
Client Director
with 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing and client leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in
leading pitches, winning RFPs, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving revenue growth
through strategic account expansion.

This role requires a senior leader who can combine strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and full-funnel digital expertise to grow both new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end
    pitching and RFP processes
  • Develop winning proposals, strategic decks, and commercial frameworks
  • Own and deliver against assigned
    revenue targets
  • Drive
    new business acquisition
    and pipeline growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
  • Identify and execute
    upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop integrated full-funnel digital strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
  • Build strong, long-term client partnerships at senior stakeholder level
  • Collaborate with internal teams (performance, media, creative, content, analytics) to ensure delivery excellence
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and profitability
Requirements
  • 8–12 years of experience in client servicing, account leadership, or business development within digital marketing
  • Proven track record of
    winning competitive RFPs and leading successful pitches
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning
    revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive
    account growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategy
  • Experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities
Preferred Background
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience handling large or regional accounts
  • Strong analytical and performance-driven approach
