The job holder is responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll and ensuring that employees are paid on time while maintaining confidentiality of all salary related information.
Core Responsibilities- Maintains and verifies payroll information and processes monthly payrolls in SAP for all functions and as per policy
- Calculates salary modifications for all employee earnings and deductions such as increments, unauthorized absences, lateness and unpaid leave
- Calculates end of service entitlements and any other dues after the employee has cleared all exit procedures
- Balances the payroll accounts, reviews and resolves payroll discrepancies and submits final report to the finance team as required
- Generates regular payroll reports through the system for review and maintains records and filing system for payroll in a confidential manner
- Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals
- Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement
Bachelor's Degree in HR/Finance.
Experience- A minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience
- SAP/SF consultants
