Role Overview
Asthe
PMVManager
,youwillberesponsiblefortheend-to-endmanagementof
Plant,Machinery,and Vehiclesacrossmultipleconstructionsites.
Youwillensuremaximumutilization,cost efficiency,compliance,andreliabilityofallequipmentassets.
- Overseetheplanning,allocation,andutilizationofallplant,machinery,andvehiclesacrossprojects
- Ensureequipmentavailabilityasperprojectrequirementsandtimelines
- Maintainaccuraterecordsof
PMVinventory,movement,deployment,andidleassets - Control
PMV-relatedcostsincludingrentals,fuel,maintenance,and repairs - Monitorassetlifecycle,depreciation,replacementplanning,and disposal
- CoordinatewithprojectteamstounderstandoperationalandPMVneeds
- Supportprojectmobilizationanddemobilizationactivities
- Ensureminimaldowntimeofequipmentthroughproactiveplanning
- Resolveoperationalbottlenecksimpactingsiteproductivity
- Supportemergencybreakdownsandurgentsiterequirements
- Overseepreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceschedules
- Ensureworkshopsfunctionefficientlywithpropermanpower,tools,andspares
- Monitormaintenancequality,turnaroundtime,andcosteffectiveness
- Coordinate with
OEMs,service providers,and vendors
- Ensureallvehiclesandequipmentcomplywithstatutory,safety,andlegalrequirements
- Monitorregistrations,permits,insurance,third-partycertifications,and renewals
- Enforcesafetystandardsforequipmentoperationandsiteusage
- SupportauditsandinspectionsrelatedtoPMVandoperations
- Managerentalvendors,transporters,fuelsuppliers,andmaintenancecontractors
- Negotiaterates,control costs,andmonitorvendorperformance
- Ensuretimelybilling,documentation,andcoordinationwithfinance
- Leadandmanage
PMVsupervisors,coordinators,drivers,operators,and mechanics - Assignresponsibilitiesandmonitorperformance
- Provide guidance,training,anddisciplinewhererequired
- Prepareandreview
PMVutilizationreports,cost analysis,anddowntimereports - Track
KPIsrelatedtoefficiency,costsavings,andassetperformance - Provideregularupdatestomanagementonoperationalstatusandrisks
- Bachelor'sdegreein
Engineering,Operations,orrelatedfield(preferred) - 10–15yearsofexperiencein
PMV/Operationsmanagement - Emiratesexperiencepreferred
- Experiencemanaginglargefleetsandmultipleprojectsites
