Category Manager – Crystal Sauces
Open to all international markets outside the Americas, the Category Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability of Crystal Sauces through end‑to‑end accountability for global category strategy, market development, portfolio innovation, and P&L management, ensuring sustainable business growth aligned with global brand objectives.

Strategy & Growth- Lead and execute the global Crystal Sauces category strategy across GCC, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
- Define and drive the innovation pipeline, including portfolio expansion into adjacent categories and new product formats.
- Develop long‑term growth roadmaps and translate strategic priorities into actionable annual plans across distributors, SKUs, and channels. Identify and pursue co‑development opportunities with QSR and HORECA partners to drive menu innovations.
- Own end‑to‑end P&L with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and budget management.
- Manage the annual marketing budget across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Monitor market share growth and revenue performance across priority geographies. Negotiate and manage contracts with a broad network of international distributors.
- Develop trade visibility guidelines, planograms, and distributor playbooks to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Drive retail penetration and execution excellence across GCC and key international markets.
- Ensure global brand alignment while tailoring go‑to‑market strategies to local market dynamics. Track and report performance against strategic and budgetary targets, adjusting plans based on competitive landscape insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross‑functional internal teams.
- Guide distributors and agencies to ensure effective and consistent execution & foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to achieve category objectives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG or global category management roles.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with a strong track record of driving revenue and profitability.
- Proven experience in international market development and multi‑market distributor management.
- Strong background in NPD, portfolio expansion, and brand development. Experience working with QSR, HORECA, and retail channels across diverse geographies.
