Right hand to the CEO. Orchestrate cross-sector operations, manage strategic priorities, and drive execution velocity across a 12-sector conglomerate. This is the single most important operational role at Orevida.
You will not manage a department. You will manage the machine. Your job is to ensure that strategic decisions translate into action, that cross-sector initiatives do not fall through the cracks, and that the CEO's time is deployed on the highest-leverage activities.
This role requires someone who can operate at both 30,000 feet and ground level. One hour you are preparing a board deck on portfolio performance; the next you are unblocking a product launch or coordinating with legal on a new acquisition. You need exceptional judgment, relentless execution, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Manage the CEO's strategic priorities and ensure execution across all sectors
- Coordinate cross-sector initiatives, resolving dependencies and removing blockers
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and portfolio performance reports
- Lead special projects: acquisitions integration, new sector launches, operational audits
- Build and maintain the operating cadence: weekly reviews, monthly sector reports, quarterly planning
- Serve as the CEO's proxy in meetings and communications when needed
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Manage relationships with external advisors, counsel, and strategic partners
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You write clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- High EQ and discretion. You will have access to sensitive strategic information
- Comfort with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Self-starter who does not wait for instructions
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives or founders
- MBA or equivalent experience in strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Experience in private equity, venture capital, or holding company operations
- International experience or multilingual capabilities (English + German or Arabic)
- Technical literacy. Ability to understand engineering discussions and product decisions
