Job Description
- Independently design and execute training programs for sales teams of general agents or distributors, including new product launch and regular distributor training.
- Develop localized training courseware and materials combining resources from headquarters.
- Manage training for general agents or distributors within the management area ensuring timely implementation and progress.
- Monitor training status of frontline staff in each general agent area in real time to ensure completion of necessary training.
- Proactively identify problems encountered by distributors and develop corresponding product or sales training plans.
- Occasional travel for industry events or company meetings may be required.
