Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Project Managers from the interiors, fit-outs, or architecture industry who can oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior/fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and site schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare project status reports and manage documentation.
• Oversee procurement and material approvals.
• Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3 to 7+ years) in interior fit-out or architecture project management.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.
