Role Overview
Our client, a private family holding office, is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Assistant – Private Villa Operations & Facilities to oversee the end-to-end operations of the Chairmans private villa.
This is a hands‑on, supervisory role responsible for managing household staff, facilities, vendors, inventory, and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the villa operates seamlessly at all times. The role will initially support the current Facility Planning & Operations Manager during maternity leave, with strong potential to continue based on performance and requirements.
This position suits professionals from luxury hospitality, estate management, or high‑end residential operations who are comfortable working in a private HNI environment.

Key Responsibilities Villa Operations & Household Management- Oversee daily operations of the Chairmans private villa, ensuring high service standards at all times
- Manage and supervise all household staff including drivers, maids, chefs, and support staff
- Coordinate household requirements of the Chairman and family with absolute discretion and professionalism
- Act as the primary on‑site point of contact for all operational matters
- Oversee facilities including housekeeping, landscaping, swimming pool, MEP, IT support, and general maintenance
- Manage AMC contracts, service schedules, renewals, and vendor performance
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Maintain operational records, inventories, and service logs
- Supervise and coordinate private events at the villa
- Ensure staffing, supplies, setup, and services are in place for smooth event execution
- Handle ad‑hoc requests and last‑minute requirements as needed
- Coordinate with the Family Office for approvals, documentation, and operational support
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and service standards
- Provide regular updates on villa operations, staff, and facilities
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HNI residence management, luxury hospitality, estate management, or premium hotel operations
- Proven experience managing staff, facilities, and vendors in a high‑standard environment
- Strong organizational, coordination, and people management skills
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional in approach
