Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Manager to join our team in Dubai. As an English speaking manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ for this position.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
• Manage and supervise all departments including sales, marketing, finance and human resources
• Monitor budget and financial performance of the company
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes
• Hire, train and mentor employees to maintain a high-performing team
• Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a manager in a similar industry
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning and reporting
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai without accommodation
