House Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day household activities ensuring cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage schedule and supervise household staff including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, and other support staff
- Serve as the main liaison between the household owners and staff, ensuring instructions are clearly communicated and executed
- Ensure that all activities and behaviors reflect the values and expectations of a UAE national household
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a House Manager, Butler, or similar role in a high-profile household
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage - High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Good knowledge of household operations, maintenance, and service standards
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Respectful, polite, and culturally aware
- Flexible with working hours according to family needs
