Associate Director - Governance, Risk & Compliance; GRC Holding Group Services

About the Job:

As the Associate Director - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Dubai Holding Group Services, you will lead the strategic alignment of risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. This leadership position ensures operational scalability, audit readiness, and service excellence across all corporate shared services.

• GRC Framework Architecture
  :
  Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive GRC framework across core end-to-end business streams, including S2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, and Treasury.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight
  :
  Guarantee total regulatory adherence, mitigate operational risks, and maintain continuous audit readiness while supporting business transformation.
• Strategic Leadership Partnership
  :
  Act as a trusted advisor to Shared Services executives to optimize the balance between strict internal controls, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business, Law or a related discipline
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, CRISC, CGEIT or equivalent
• Experience with GRC tools, risk registers, control libraries or audit management platforms
• Exposure to large‑scale Shared Services transformation or ERP programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
