Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in warehouse operations, at least 5 years in a managerial supervisory role. Prior experience in foodstuff, FMCG, or cold chain logistics is mandatory.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage large teams of pickers, loaders, and supervisors.
- Plan shifts, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate with transport and procurement teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE municipality food handling and storage regulations, as well as safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of handling perishable goods (frozen, chilled, and ambient stock).
- Strong technical skills and understanding of inventory control (FIFO/FEFO) practices.
- Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- HACCP/Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Strong communication and organizational soft skills.
