We are expanding our Off-Plan Division and are looking for a driven Off-Plan Team Leader to build and guide this new department. • Lead by example by closing off-plan property deals while supporting your team to achieve the same.
• Build, train and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on collaboration, accountability and results.
• Mentor new members, raising the bar for performance and professionalism.
• Manage lead flow effectively ensuring all opportunities are tracked and converted.
• Set targets and guide team members toward exceeding goals.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Dubai s key developers to secure the best projects and early launch access.
• Monitor KPIs, report performance and align team objectives with company goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, launch cycles and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven success in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai.
• Strong closing skills with a consistent track record of hitting targets.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and grow a team.
