We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Fashion Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the daily operations of our luxury fashion brand.
This role reports directly to the owner and requires a refined professional with a strong background in fashion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across all departments
- Lead and manage teams across design, administration, and customer service
- Build and refine team structure, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of team members
- Manage staff performance and handle operational challenges with professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the production manager to plan and execute collections to the highest standards
- Ensure timely planning and delivery of collections in alignment with brand vision
- Think ahead and proactively plan to prevent operational challenges and delays
- Establish and monitor KPIs to maintain operational excellence
- Continuously improve workflows to ensure efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations
- Implement and manage structured systems for operations, reporting, and internal coordination
- Develop and enforce clear procedures and policies to maintain consistency and high standards
- Identify inefficiencies and implement refined systems and processes (payments, workflows, communication)
- Oversee stock and product flow, ensuring availability of key pieces
- Maintain exceptional in-store standards and elevate the overall customer experience
- Contribute to the continuous growth and positioning of the brand
- 3–7 years experience in fashion, preferably in luxury or premium brands
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, fabric quality, and garment construction, with a refined eye for detail and design
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven experience in operations and business management
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and operate with a high level of professionalism
