Job Overview
Urgently seeking an experienced and technically qualified Deliverable Manager to lead and manage ERP‑related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in implementing and managing ERP, HRMS, or CAFM projects from the vendor perspective. Background in software development and consultancy environments preferred.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end project management for ERP, HRMS, and CAFM implementations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with development and support teams to ensure adherence to delivery standards and best practices.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software project management from the vendor perspective.
- Strong experience in ERP, HRMS, or FMS with workflow/process automation exposure.
- Hands‑on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping.
- Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm.
- Ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
