Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals
- Develop and implement business plans, policies and procedures to improve performance and profitability
- Lead and mentor department heads to ensure operational efficiency and collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO to execute business strategies and monitor organizational performance
- Drive revenue growth through effective business setup and client management strategies
- Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and government entities
- Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Represent the company in high‑level meetings and decision‑making forums
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Proven experience of 8 years in business setup management or corporate services leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and drive strategic initiatives
- In‑depth understanding of UAE business setup procedures, free zones and compliance requirements
- Results‑driven with a focus on operational excellence and business growth
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to oversee the company’s overall operations and lead all departmental functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business setup management, leadership, and operational excellence. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment across departments.
