Executive Director

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals
• Develop and implement business plans, policies and procedures to improve performance and profitability
• Lead and mentor department heads to ensure operational efficiency and collaboration
• Work closely with the CEO to execute business strategies and monitor organizational performance
• Drive revenue growth through effective business setup and client management strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE business regulations and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and government entities
• Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Represent the company in high‑level meetings and decision‑making forums

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Proven experience of 8 years in business setup management or corporate services leadership roles
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments and drive strategic initiatives
• In‑depth understanding of UAE business setup procedures, free zones and compliance requirements
• Results‑driven with a focus on operational excellence and business growth
