We re Hiring Chief Support Services Officer CSSO – Dubai
About the RoleThe CSSO will lead and oversee all group-wide support functions ensuring strong alignment with business strategy governance standards and operational excellence. You will work closely with subsidiary CEOs and senior leadership to drive performance, efficiency and sustainable growth across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all shared services functions: HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Administration. Drive strategic planning, operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives. Oversee P&L performance and ensure robust financial and operational governance. Partner with subsidiary CEOs to align business objectives and enhance performance. Serve on executive committees including Nomination, Remuneration Committee and NRC. Establish and strengthen governance frameworks, policies and procedures. Support transformation, restructuring and growth initiatives across the group.
KeyRequirements
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role within large, diversified groups
- Strong expertise in shared services and corporate functions
- Solid background in P&L management, governance, and performance oversight
- Experience engaging with boards, committees, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both executive and operational levels
