Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire fleet operation, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, maintenance, and cost‑effectiveness to maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
- Manage a team of fleet professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to foster a high‑performing team.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle downtime to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in fleet management software, telematics systems, and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
- Proactive and results‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
