Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage and lead our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end processes, team efficiency, and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

You will plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and manpower allocation. Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of up to 30 members and manage outsourcing resources effectively while controlling operational costs.

• Oversee goods receiving, tallying, and putaway processes.
• Manage order release, picking, packing, and shipment dispatch.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment collection and handovers.
• Work closely with purchase teams for PO amendments and releases.
• Liaise with sales operations and business to ensure timely receipt of sales orders.
• Manage and coordinate with 3PL service providers across the GCC.

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Record and ensure data accuracy across all transactions.
• Monitor site safety and security in compliance with standards.
• Control overall OPEX costs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Knowledge of TAPA and SIRA is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in IT distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage large teams of 30 members and outsourced resources.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, TAPA, and SIRA standards is an advantage.
