Director, Franchise Business – Asia
Responsible for franchise management of our Franchise Markets in Asia, based in the Dubai Office. Works closely with global colleagues in Charlotte, USA and regional franchise partners to ensure day‑to‑day operations align with brand standards. Develops and executes regional strategic plan to drive performance.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:- Create strategic plan for each partner aligned to the brand framework and collaborate to drive execution.
- Support implementation of critical business levers such as home delivery and DFD.
- Manage new unit pipeline, identify milestones, deliverables and track progress to ensure results.
- Review and approve new and relocation sites, forecast asset actions and timing.
- Identify profit improvement levers and define action plans (supply, logistics, labor scheduling, G&A, CAPEX).
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure strong opening campaigns and subsequent LTO promotions.
- Guide partners through in-depth data analysis and best practices worldwide.
- Provide operational insight to drive top‑class results.
- 5-7 years of operations experience in QSR or related food concept.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and project management skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage numerous projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a high‑pressure environment.
- Proven track record with NMO events.
- Strong communication skills — ability to collaborate with all functions, build close relationships with internal and external partners of any background, and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Solid analytical capabilities and structured thinking.
- Sound decision‑making ability.
- Honesty, high integrity, personal accountability and passion for the success of the brand, team, and personal career growth.
- Performance‑focused, results‑oriented approach with strong work ethic and determination to achieve success.
- Strong ownership mentality and exceptional self‑motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- PC literate;
