The Logistics Operations Leader will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. The role involves overseeing key operational activities such as inventory control, fulfillment accuracy, and logistics coordination with carriers and suppliers. It also focuses on compliance with local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and process optimization.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and other logistics tools.
