Manager of Artificial Intelligence

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Artificial Intelligence within Dubai Holding as part of the leadership team. You will be responsible for data and analytics insights, artificial intelligence delivery to business owners part of the Company’s Analytics Center of Excellence. You are expected to drive significant impact and value through data and analytics within the business by managing a diverse portfolio of analytics projects, leading high-profile initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure awareness, agreement, alignment and commitment.

• Manage delivery of analytical projects in partnership with business and partners to ensure activities are occurring as planned based on scope, budget and schedule.
• Deliver top-line or bottom-line targets from existing or new advanced analytics use cases across the verticals.
• Build deep understanding of the functional areas (e.g., Operations, Marketing) that the business partners are operating aiming to develop analytics use cases related to improved customer share of wallet or process efficiencies.
• Develop and communicate delivery goals, strategies, tactics, project plans, timelines, and key performance metrics to reach the goals and Identify potential points of missed deliverables and create and implement a plan to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget.
• Lead and manage shared on-shore and off-shore analytics delivery teams (including vendor talent) to ensure delivery of projects across a range of platforms and vendors.
• Responsible for overall management of insights services – including finding talent, vendor contracts, retention of talent including negotiations of contracts, developing business cases and performance management.
• Jointly owns the KPIs and performance metrics with the business partners aiming to enhance top line or bottom.
• Actively identifies and solve any strategic or operational issues that arise with implementation and proactively identify risks and issues on projects or leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans.
• Coordinate and manage the rollout of the Dubai Holding Artificial Intelligence strategy work streams including but not limited to: technology development and implementation.
• Support Head of CoE with required business analysis and stakeholder management for new initiatives across DH head office and verticals.
• Oversee project reporting across all COE projects in coordination with project governance teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (IT, Business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science, engineering).
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery, out of which 5 years in a senior delivery role.
• Experience with data science, artificial intelligence (
  LLM experience is preferred).
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Coaching and leading team members to accomplishing business results.
• Experience in any of the following databases:
  Oracle
  , MySQL
  , Sybase
  , Microsoft
  , etc…
• Project management certifications:
  PMP
  , etc…
• Experience with PowerBI /
  Tableau
  , etc…
• Experience with GDPR
  , PCI-DSS
  .
• Strong technical and analytical skillset.
• Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity.
