Position Description
The role of the Risk and Compliance Manager entails aiding the Vice President of Risk and Compliance in crafting and enforcing policies and procedures across various countries. This position requires overseeing the implementation of these protocols. Moreover, the individual in this role will play a key part in recognizing potential risks and collaborating on action plans to guarantee the security of assets, merchandise, and the environment.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Vice President of Risk and Compliance to devise and execute risk management strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute insights and solutions for handling disasters and crisis scenarios.
- Oversee the operation of an integrity hotline across the organization, ensuring its effective utilization.
- Identify risks and formulate action plans to safeguard assets, merchandise, and the environment.
- Analyze findings from risk assessments and compile reports for presentation to management.
- Coordinate with various countries to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor measures to maintain alignment with security protocols across all regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrable expertise in risk management, anti-money laundering, and anti-bribery & corruption practices.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with effective decision‑making capabilities.
