Position Objective
This role is primarily tasked with executing the designated and authorized leasing strategy for the asset, optimizing leasing revenue, enforcing best practices as outlined by AMBU Leasing, supervising the Leasing team’s performance, and maintaining crucial tenant relationships.
Role Summary– Key Responsibilities and Accountability
- Contribute to defining and implementing the asset’s leasing strategy in collaboration with Asset Management and Marketing Management.
- Maximize leasing revenue across the portfolio by leading the planning and budgeting process, utilizing market insights and tools to align strategy with asset objectives.
- Develop and execute roadmaps to ensure compliance with budget and leasing business plans, including timely closure of renewals and vacancy management.
- Utilize pricing tools and digital resources effectively, guiding the team to adopt digital tools and strategies.
- Structure compelling lease deals based on market trends and asset value, fostering a valuable prospects pipeline.
- Drive efficient decision-making, escalating major issues to the Senior Director, Leasing UAE for resolution.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, ensuring timely policy implementation and process excellence.
- Foster a high-performing team, providing feedback, coaching, and support for professional development.
- Uphold MAFP’s values, compliance standards, and collaboration strategies, building healthy stakeholder relationships.
- Develop market intelligence, understanding tenant needs and trends to maximize leasing revenue.
- Cultivate long-term tenant relationships, addressing issues and collaborating to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on market conditions, engage with retailers for insights, and leverage MAFP tools to add value to tenant performance.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in overseeing all facets of leasing operations within a dynamic organization.
- Preferably, extensive experience in Retail or Large Shopping Malls or significant Real Estate sectors in the GCC region or internationally.
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience in a comparable leadership position.
