Soft Services Supervisor

Position Overview

As a key figure in this role, you’ll supervise and coordinate various soft services, particularly in cleaning and housekeeping domains. You will ensure adherence to high standards, effective leadership, meticulous planning, and clear communication to meet company policies and client expectations.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring their focus on cleaning tasks.
• Delegate cleaning responsibilities and oversee the team’s overall performance, including subcontracted services.

• Ensure compliance with cleaning standards following industry best practices.
• Manage scope and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to uphold the company’s reputation.

• Provide fundamental cleaning training to staff, covering standard machinery operation.
• Maintain attendance records and implement effective documentation processes for contracts.
• Regularly communicate with clients for reporting purposes.

• Support integrating computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems for improved reporting efficiency.
• Guide schedule changes and enhancements to the CAFM department.

• Report cleaning-related tasks and incidents related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

• Conduct regular inventory audits of fixed assets.
• Monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and other consumables, ensuring efficient usage.

• Generate completion reports and monitor resource consumption to ensure efficiency.

By fulfilling these responsibilities effectively, you’ll contribute significantly to maintaining high service standards, client satisfaction, and the company’s overall positive reputation in the soft services domain.

• Proficient in staff management.
• Skilled in operations management, including planning and organizing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the UAE.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Completion of at least secondary level education.
• Preferred experience and comprehension of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) usage and functions.
