• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals to prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals in technical sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) – a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.

• Ability to work long hours in a sedentary position at a computer, performing repetitive motions.
• Ability to move objects and materials of at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to collaborate with operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE when onsite.
• Frequent domestic and international travel.
