• Lead and manage day‑to‑day on‑ground operations to ensure a seamless product experience during test drives, vehicle deliveries, and other customer‑facing activities.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, as well as vehicle washing and prep operations for in‑house cars.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across inbound and outbound vehicle management to enhance TAT and overall customer delivery experience.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 20+ personnel (including outsourced staff, drivers, and in‑house supervisors) to ensure quality and efficiency at each operational stage.
• Ensure the daily processing of 150–200+ vehicles, maintaining high‑quality standards throughout the delivery cycle.

• Must have valid UAE Driving License
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional, multicultural, and fast‑paced environment.
• Proven problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, especially in managing large teams under pressure.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
