Project Manager Civil

Overview

The Project Manager‑Civil will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects specifically focusing on mid‑rise to high‑rise commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, knowledge of UAE GCC authorities and proficiency in project control methodologies.

• Manage full‑cycle project control including programme, cost, risk, and contracts with a preference for FIDIC standards.
• Oversee the delivery of mid‑rise to high‑rise projects ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Utilize UAE GCC authority knowledge to navigate regulations and requirements from entities such as DM Trakhees, Civil Defence and DEWA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Implement project management best practices and tools to streamline project workflows and communication.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's in Construction Management/Project Management being a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 7 years in a Project Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering mid‑rise to high‑rise commercial or residential projects (minimum G+15).
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, BIM, and platforms like Procore or Aconex.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CIOB is preferred.
• Prior experience working in the UAE/GCC market and familiarity with local authorities and regulations.
