Construction Manager

Job Summary

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for a Construction Manager. The role takes full responsibility of the assigned project from client consultant relationship, profit and loss, construction sequences, motivation and leadership, planning, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractor management, long lead follow‑ups, conflict management, monthly presentation with forecast, risk management and change order control.

• Take full responsibility of the profit and loss of the assigned projects and own the budget relative to the program, costs, variations, EOTs, etc.
• Build strategic relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring repeat business and achieving a satisfaction index of at least 70% in the post‑hand‑over customer satisfaction survey.
• Show leadership and showcase team leader skills.
• Develop subordinates by educating them periodically.
• Ensure projects are delivered on program, on cost, and according to specifications and agreed quality, achieving net profit margins as per the budget.

• 8–10 years as Project Manager in civil construction.
• Preferred experience in warehouse construction in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of industrial facility construction (warehouses, logistics hubs, manufacturing/production plants, food processing/cold storage), including construction methodology, sequencing, and constructability.
