Associate Director - Projects Holding Real Estate

About the Job:

• Oversee job requisitions aligned with workforce planning and business needs
• Lead project management strategy and ensure efficient execution across teams
• Manage multiple projects, tracking progress and aligning with strategic objectives
• Drive communication plans to resolve project challenges and risks
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance across projects
• Govern change management, ensuring impact on timelines and budgets is managed
• Ensure project delivery within budget, timelines, and compliance standards
• Support contractor strategies, procurement, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and commercial teams to drive project success
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and engineering compliance across projects
• Provide technical and reporting support for management decision‑making
• Develop project documentation, training materials, and implementation guides
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve complex project issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction; PMP preferred
• 12–15+ years’ experience, including 8+ years in senior/project leadership roles (developer experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in construction and project management of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
• Solid knowledge of project delivery standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Primavera (preferred), MS Office, and Power BI for reporting and dashboards
• Proven budget management and project financial oversight experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in risk, issue, and change management
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience in project documentation and executive-level reporting
