Responsibilities

  • Managing, monitoring, and ensuring the implementation of section projects and initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes in all key performance areas, supporting effective performance, implementing relevant strategies, and submitting periodic reports to stakeholders on all project management dimensions, including risks, challenges, quality, and adherence to plans, to ensure compliance with planned timeframe, quality, and cost.
  • Contributing to ensuring the implementation and support of matters related to partners, media plans, contracts, and financial budgets at the section level, including contracting according to the approved policies and submitting related periodic reports to the section manager.
  • Providing administrative and strategic support for managing all transactions and requirements related to human resources in coordination with business partners, sectors, and institutions.
  • Managing and ensuring the effectiveness of the section through planning, supervising the execution, monitoring performance, and continuous improvement of the data management and governance system according to the data management policy in the authority.
  • Ensuring the achievement of targeted outcomes in all key performance areas related to the performance of the Human Resources Section according to the applicable policies, and submitting performance reports to senior management.
  • Submitting periodic reports on the section's work and performance, including the implementation rate of decisions by senior management, as well as the recommendations and corrective actions resulting from them to ensure section compliance and take appropriate actions.
  • Analyzing and studying the section needs and requirements, regularly submitting reports to the section manager.
  • Preparation of annual section plans sent to all sections (internally) and to sections (externally), with monthly review to ensure compliance.
  • Managing and ensuring the effectiveness of the communication plan through planning, supervising execution, and monitoring all aspects to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and providing strategic administrative support through managing incoming and outgoing correspondence through various forms (i.e., Tarasul, paper documents, email) of the HRBA section manager, ensuring timely processing and quality assurance for all outgoing correspondence, including reports, and ensuring the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions resulting from it.
  • Preparing requirements for internal, external, and quality audits, providing all data and evidence, and monitoring the implementation of recommendations.
  • Supervising the outputs of the tasks of business partners and recruitment, monitoring performance, and providing suggestions to improve the section's quality.
  • Performing other responsibilities and tasks related to this position as required by the work interest.
  • Properly maintaining official documents and records according to the nature of the document, such as contracts and minutes, based on approved regulations.
  • Participating in formalizing all relevant processes, procedures, and standards related to the section.
  • Developing policies and operating systems for the section in line with best practices, to be reviewed by senior management.
  • Reviewing all job descriptions related to the section to ensure accuracy with the section's tasks and responsibilities.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual key performance indicators for the section and preparing achievement reports to be submitted to the HR management.
  • Analyzing, summarizing, and reviewing data and report results, analyzing and interpreting the results, and providing recommendations related to the section.
  • Assisting in setting organizational development strategies.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all work, information, data, and correspondence handled.
  • Contributing to supporting relevant section statistics and submitting related periodic reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent from an accredited university; 11 years of practical work experience.
