Garage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily garage operations ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
• Coordinate and schedule work assignments for mechanics and technicians, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and facilitating repairs or replacements as needed.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and maintain high‑quality service standards.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in a garage or automotive repair environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse team, with strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff effectively.
