Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Project Manager with valid Dubai Municipality approval to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai and across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, quality expectations, budget constraints and project schedules.

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, health and safety requirements and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Review and approve project documentation, shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Control project costs and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
• Oversee contract administration, variation orders, claims and project correspondence.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage project close‑out activities, testing, commissioning and final handover.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Valid Dubai Municipality approval as Project Manager.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience with significant experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of managing mid‑rise, high‑rise, commercial, residential and mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction standards and permit requirements.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement and project controls.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.

• PMP certification or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Membership in relevant professional engineering bodies.
• Experience managing projects valued at AED 50 million and above.
