Lead the growth and development of a sports and culture-focused marketing agency. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of business performance and strategic direction, reporting directly to the Board.

The Managing Director will be responsible for scaling the agency, strengthening client partnerships, building a high-performance team, and driving sustainable revenue growth across sports, entertainment, and cultural ecosystems.

• Full ownership of agency performance, including revenue growth and P&L accountability
• Development and execution of business strategy across sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships
• Leadership of key client relationships, including sports properties, sponsors, and rights holders
• Building and scaling commercial pipelines across clubs, leagues, federations, and related ecosystems
• Establishing a strong organisational culture focused on performance, accountability, and delivery excellence
• Close collaboration with the Board, providing structured reporting and clear performance visibility
• Talent development and organisational design to support scale
• Proven experience delivering commercial growth within sports, entertainment, or rights-holder environments
• Track record of scaling an agency or commercial organisation in revenue growth
• Established network across sports properties, talent agencies, and commercial rights ecosystems
• Strong understanding of how sports IPs generate and monetise commercial value
• Experience working with major sports ecosystems such as the NBA, Premier League, NFL, or Euro League is highly desirable
• Hands‑on operational leadership style, with experience staying close to execution while managing senior stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility and experience reporting at board level
