Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner
- Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Partner with line managers to identify people-related priorities and ensure alignment of HR plans with business goals.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, support talent calibration sessions, and track implementation of action plans.
  • Implement and manage recognition frameworks and reward programs that reinforce a culture of appreciation and performance excellence.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and roll out tailored engagement initiatives such as team building activities, wellness programs, and cross-functional collaboration campaigns.
  • Address employee concerns through timely resolution, policy-aligned investigations, and conflict management in coordination with legal and compliance teams
  • Support the organisation’s commitment to a positive work culture by promoting open communication and employee wellbeing.
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and immersion programs for new joiners.
  • Provide day-to-day operational HR support to business units and HR team, ensuring timely execution of transactions such as transfers, contract renewals, and HR letters.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to; maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, employee data reports, and talent analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate learning programs by managing nominations, logistics, and post-program evaluations.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, benchmarking, and coordinating annual salary review cycles.
  • Support change management initiatives, organizational restructuring activities, and contribute to improving employee experience across business units.
