Summary
Responsible for overlooking projects completion as per Company requirements and supporting the immediate Supervisor as and when required.
Responsibilities- Awareness of the Company Work Values, Quality Policy Statement, HSE Policy Statement and all safety related aspects.
- Ensure progress of work is achieved through safety standards and quality requirements.
- Ensure and adhere to site rules and regulations.
- Ensure that the project mobilization plan from PM is executed as planned.
- Coordinate and obtain approvals required if any from the landlord during construction such as WIRs, entry permits, etc.
- Provide daily weekly task breakdown to the supervisor for carrying out the works at site.
- Effective and weekly look ahead planning of all aspects of the work in conjunction with the line manager.
- Ensure necessary briefings and tool box talks for the team and labor respectively are conducted.
- Ensure that the setting out carried by the team matches project requirements.
- Ensure that labor output registers are maintained at the site, analyzed, and the same is sent on a weekly basis to the line manager and the project manager.
- Effective and timely requisitioning for resources and services required to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Ensure that the necessary technical information is conveyed clearly to the team and details produced where required (shop drawings, sketches, etc.).
- Markup any deviations to the tender drawings and issue to technical design team in liaison with the line manager.
- Report to the line manager on the site progress and issues being faced at site.
- Taking of quantities as and when required.
- Monitor and record all submissions made to client and approvals received from client with the assistance of the setter out department.
- Aware and effective handling of internal and external client complaints.
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders (internal, external) and follow up on progress deliverables and delays if any.
- Ensure effective communication with the line manager.
- Ensure that all installations at site are carried out as per the Bond's latest installation methods and standards.
- Ensure through proper supervision that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with specifications requirements.
- Advice assistants on minimizing wastage and proper handling of tools equipment in an operational manner.
- Ensure awareness and necessary execution towards attaining Zero Snags.
- Raise suggestions for improving company policies, processes and procedures.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the line manager.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
Experience5‑8 years.
Skills & Competencies- Innovative approach to problem solving.

- Good organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi‑tasking.
