Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules tailored to specific equipment needs reducing the risk of unexpected failures.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled workforce.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work without disrupting production activities ensuring seamless operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding an associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in a maintenance supervisor role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Certifications such as HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical are highly desirable, showcasing specialized knowledge in key areas.
