• Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of CRM Specialists.
• CRM Strategy - Execute department-wide strategies that drive engagement and long term customer value.
• System Ownership - Oversee CRM configuration, workflow design, and overall platform optimization.
• Data Analytics - Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.

• Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency.
