Responsibilities
- Manage commercials for all onboarded network agents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all network agents and lead a dedicated team.
- Drive shipment volumes and revenue growth through the existing agent network.
- Monitor service quality and KPI adherence.
- Proactively resolve operational escalations and service failures.
- Lead performance reviews, structured governance, and long-term relationship management with agents.
- 10 –15 years of experience in roles spanning Commercial, Procurement, and Operations.
- Proven strength in stakeholder and relationship management.
- An execution-focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- A business-oriented / sales‑driven attitude with the ability to grow and optimize networks.
- Experience leading teams and working in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
