The successful candidate will support facility operations by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring assets remain in optimal working condition, and maintaining high operational standards across multiple retail locations.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance works with stores and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance plans and operational standards.
• Monitor maintenance projects to ensure quality execution and timely completion.
• Support asset management initiatives and maintain facility equipment in excellent working condition.
• Ensure proper management of maintenance consumables and critical spare parts inventory.

• Evaluate contractor and supplier performance to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with maintenance contracts and service level agreements.
• Report service issues and follow up on corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

• Respond to maintenance incidents and emergencies while ensuring business continuity and workplace safety.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset history, inspections, and service reports.
• Prepare maintenance reports and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and facility management procedures.

• Support team performance through training coordination and workforce planning.
• Assist in coaching team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve maintenance objectives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant facility management or maintenance certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance or facilities management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience within the retail sector.
• Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and contractor coordination.
