About The Role

With the continuous expansion of our portfolio, we are looking for Revenue Management professionals who are willing to relocate to Southern Europe/Eastern Europe region for a property-based role. Cluster Director of Revenue Management across Kerzner International properties will be responsible for executing the implementation of the strategic long‑term Total Revenue Plan into actionable results that directly affect properties performance for Rooms, Food and Beverage, Spa, Retail and other Revenue Centers.
The role is based on‑site and oversees multiple properties, reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Global Revenue Team in Dubai.
- Further develop the property distribution platform by identifying the best solution for CRS/GDS and ensuring available revenue management technology is fully utilized and understood according to property‑specific business mix and requirements.
- Ensure optimal use and measure performance on all distribution channels to ensure that fair market share is achieved, if not surpassed.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Team in devising marketing campaigns to ensure the Hotel reaches the right source markets at the right time & in the right place.
- Monitor competitor availability and pricing and subsequently analyze & report actual performance versus the competitive set.
- Implement pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies and revenue management best practices; investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials.
- Develop & implement rationally related pricing structures for Direct, Wholesale, Groups & Corporate with cohesive synergies between the segments.
- Understand the dynamics of the Global, National, Regional & Local political and economic market, local competitors and all demand generators for the destination.
- Carry out analysis of booking patterns & market trends and ensure that these are recorded to facilitate future decisions.
- Conduct annual revenue management audits for all revenue‑generating departments.
- Drive projects related to revenue management.
- At least 5 years in a similar position within luxury hospitality, ideally in a relevant 5‑star property‑based capacity.
- Fluency with revenue management essential systems and online tools: STR Portal, Opera PMS, Infor Vision, Bi‑Tools, Rate Shopping Tools, Advanced CRS and channel management systems.
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Finance, Revenue Management or any related field.
- Full working proficiency in English and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization.
