Factory​/Site Supervisor Interior Fitout

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day‑to‑day operations within the interior fitout factory, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
• Direct and supervise a team of skilled tradespeople and laborers, assigning tasks and providing clear instructions for quality workmanship.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the fabrication and installation processes to meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Manage site activities, coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of interior fitout projects.
• Monitor and control project budgets, tracking material costs and labor expenses while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the factory floor and at project sites, conducting regular safety audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or conflicts that arise during fabrication or installation, proposing practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material inventory, site progress, and daily reports for management review.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates, safety protocols, and performance feedback, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize project delays and waste.

• Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive experience in interior fitout supervision, with a strong understanding of construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent knowledge of various interior fitout materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse work forces.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
