Join the External Fulfillment team a City Manager (CM). As City Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple sites from operations and compliance point of view. You will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will identify patterns and disruptions, dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications.

You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and travel to sites for launch, set up, and monitoring operations.

• Willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Exposure to ERP, operations dashboards, and tools
• Previous experience in first‑mile operations, online retail, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail
• Candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license
• UAE National only with a family book

• Engineering graduate; prior exposure to warehouse management systems is preferred
