We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our manpower supply business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, client coordination, employee deployment, operational efficiency, compliance, and overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations related to manpower supply and workforce deployment.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and deployment processes.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and site allocations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
- Prepare operational reports, manpower utilization reports, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with HR, recruitment, payroll, transportation, and accommodation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve employee and client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Manage budgets and operational costs within approved limits.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower supply, staffing services, workforce management, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning, deployment, and client servicing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Indian national.
- Native or fluent Malayalam speaker.
- Experience working in the Gulf region or with manpower supply companies serving Gulf-based clients will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a highly capable professional with substantial experience in the manpower supply and workforce management industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational background and be capable of performing effectively in roles such as Operations Manager, Project Manager, Workforce Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or Client Relationship Manager within a manpower supply company.
Key Desired Skills- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, or workforce management industry.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, employee deployment, mobilization, and workforce allocation.
- Experience coordinating with clients, site supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, sites, and client requirements simultaneously.
- Excellent project coordination and operational management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding, documentation, and employee management.
- Experience handling large numbers of workforce personnel across multiple locations.
- Ability to monitor productivity, attendance, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams.
- Experience in preparing operational reports, manpower reports, and project status updates.
- Knowledge of labor regulations, health and safety requirements, and workforce compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Ability to conduct site visits, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution.
- Experience working in Gulf countries or with Gulf-based manpower supply operations will be considered an added advantage.
